In my yoga classes I balance physical alignment and body awareness with breath-work and short meditations while also working on the flow of energy in the body. I use singing bowls to relax the body and mind.
I believe that the yoga student is in charge of their own body and we always work with the principle of "no harm, no pain" during my classes. |

Practice calm and relaxed yoga to ease away the holding and resistance that prevent us from enjoying the flow of energy within life.
